"Die Schweizer" is a documentary reenactment series, shot in different parts of Switzerland. Every episode is about a specific historical figure, like Werner Stauffacher, Hans Waldmann & Niklaus von Flüe, Dufour or Escher. As some of the episodes occur in the 14th and 15th Century, many historical matte paintings were required, as well as digital horses, knights, and more.
LUGUNDTRUG delivered the VFX-shots for the whole season and supervised the VFX-shots on set.
